Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aarogya Nexus Diagnostic, we strive to provide reliable diagnostic services and a seamless customer experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any test or health checkup package.

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their appointment before the scheduled sample collection or laboratory visit.
  • Cancellation requests should be made through our customer support team by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Requests received after the sample has been collected cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be provided in the following situations:

  • Payment was successfully made, but the appointment could not be scheduled due to our operational reasons.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same booking.
  • The requested test or package is unavailable after payment.
  • The booking is cancelled before sample collection, subject to our cancellation terms.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The blood sample has already been collected.
  • The laboratory testing process has started.
  • Reports have already been generated or delivered.
  • Incorrect patient information was provided by the customer.
  • The customer fails to be available at the scheduled sample collection time after repeated contact attempts.

3. Home Sample Collection

If our phlebotomist is unable to collect the sample due to operational reasons, we will reschedule the appointment or, if rescheduling is not possible, provide a refund where applicable.

If the customer is unavailable or refuses sample collection at the scheduled time, any applicable home collection charges may be non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Processing times may vary based on the payment gateway or financial institution.

5. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled before the scheduled collection time, subject to slot availability.

6. Health Checkup Packages

Unused health checkup packages may be cancelled before sample collection, subject to this policy. Once any test included in the package has been performed, the package becomes non-refundable.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aarogya Nexus Diagnostic.

8. Report Delivery

Diagnostic reports are prepared based on laboratory testing. Refunds will not be issued solely because the customer is dissatisfied with the test results.
